Dr. Shaukat is the Robert M. and Mary H. Glickman Professor of Medicine and Population Health, and the co-Director of the Translation Research Education and Careers program at the CTSI at NYU Langone Health. She is a gastroenterologist with extensive research in colon cancer prevention, biomarkers of risk of colon cancer and quality indicators for colonoscopy.
