In collaboration with the Borrelli Family and Penn Medicine's Lynch Syndrome Program, CGA-IGC is offering three travel grants in the amount of $2000 each to trainee or early career (within 5 years of completion of training) members to recognize excellence in Lynch syndrome research. The Borrelli Family and Penn Medicine's Lynch Syndrome Program have been working together to promote collaborative research in all areas of Lynch syndrome research, including basic science, translational, and clinical research. Therefore, abstracts addressing any area of Lynch syndrome research are eligible for consideration
If you are interested in applying for this grant, you should submit an abstract to the 2025 CGA-IGC Annual Meeting.

- A signed letter of support from your training program director or division leader attesting that you are a trainee or early career member (within five years of completing training)
- A curriculum vitae
- A personal statement (max. 300 words)
A bio and a headshot photo will be requested from individuals selected for the award. These may be used in media materials by CGA-IGC and/or Penn Medicine’s Lynch Syndrome Program.
Incomplete applications may be excluded from consideration. Applicants will be notified at the end of June 2025, and must attend the CGA-IGC Annual Meeting in St. Louis, MO, including an awards reception on the evening of October 8, 2025.
