Registration Categories & Fees
*All prices are inclusive of VAT.
*CGA-ICG Members are required to submit their membership number during the registration process.
*Student Registration Fees: A valid Student’s ID Card must be provided through the online registration process. The Annual Meeting Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category in case relevant documentation is missing or not valid.
The registration fee for all the registration categories of the Annual Meeting includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Access to the posters’ area
- Access to the exhibition area
- Meeting materials (Name badge, final program book, etc…)
- Certificate of attendance
- CME Accreditation (number of CME credits to be announced prior to the Annual Meeting)
- Coffee breaks as per the Meeting program

Letter of Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to the submitted e-mail within one week of receipt of the total registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until the Early Bird deadline of September 2, 2024, up to which date the registration fee will be refunded with a 50,00.-USD deduction for administrative expenses.
For cancellations received on and after September 3, 2024, the registration fee will be non-refundable.
Notification of changes in the reservation and/or cancellations must be made in writing to the Annual Meeting Organizing Secretariat, to the attention of Ms. Neyir Seda Utugen (nutugen@kenes.com)
Payment Terms
The official currency of the Annual Meeting is the United States Dollar.
Payments should be made in advance via bank transfer or via credit card. We regret that we are unable to accept any personal, company, and/or bank cheques.
Credit card payment:
Holders of Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, or Amex may use their credit cards for the charge of all fees. Please indicate card number, expiry date, and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences to the total amount charged may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.
Bank transfer payment:
The bank account details for the 2024 CGA-IGC Annual Meeting are indicated below. Participants preferring to pay via bank transfer are required to send proof of payment to the Annual Meeting Organizing Secretariat.
