
Maureen Mork, MS, CGC, is a Senior Genetic Counselor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center who has specialized in counseling patients for hereditary gastrointestinal cancers for over 15 years. She is also involved in clinical research in hereditary GI cancers, with a special interest in early-onset colorectal cancer, unexplained polyposis, and pancreatic cancer. She teaches and supervises students in the UT Genetic Counseling Program and has also served as a thesis chair for genetic counseling graduate students. She has been a member of CGA-IGC since 2011, serving as a member of Council from 2016-2019.
