
Alanna Horowitz is a 2026 graduate of the Boston University Genetic Counseling Program with an interest in oncology genetic counseling. After graduating she took on an internship with the Dana Farber Neuro-Inclusive and Empowerment Program to create resources for individuals with intellectual disabilities who are interested in hereditary cancer risk assessment. Outside of academic work, she works with an organization called Yachad designing life skills programs for adults with disabilities.
